Amarillo, TX 6/17/09 - Your Amarillo Dusters will be out and about Thursday, June 18th at the North Branch YMCA between 11am-1pm. Players will be on hand to talk about staying healthy and promoting good health as well as tossing around the pigskin with the kids.
"Not only do our players want to excel on the field, but they want to shine in the Amarillo community as well," remarked Dusters Owner/President Randy Sanders. "Our team is committed to serving the Amarillo community."
The Dusters will also be appearing at the Northwest Branch Amarillo Library Thursday, July 9th from 11am-12pm for the library's "Laugh and Learn". For more information on Dusters community appearances, contact Amarillo Sports Central's media department at 806-350-PASS.
Amarillo (2-9) will hit the road this weekend to take on the Arkansas Twisters Saturday, June 20th. The next Duster home game will be on June 27th at 7pm. Group tickets begin at $8 a ticket. Purchase your show tickets by contacting the Dusters at 806-350-PASS.
