Dusters Make Another Addition

The Amarillo Dusters announced today the assignment from the af2 league office of veteran 4-year veteran Craig Fulton Jr.
"It is great to have a guy like Craig," said Dusters Head Coach Chris MacKeown. "He has a tremendous amount of experience on offense, defense, and special teams. He is a great athlete and he's been a team leader also."
The 5'10, 185 lb Northeastern Oklahoma State product will begin his 5th season with the Dusters in 2008. He has displayed his versatility each year, having played Receiver, Defensive Back, Jack Linebacker, and Kick Returner. In 2007, Fulton Jr. was 2nd overall in af2 with a 23.8 yards per return average and 2 touchdowns. He added 46 receptions for 563 yards and 4 touchdowns through the air, while rushing for another 4 touchdowns on the ground. He contributed 21 tackles and a pass break-up on defense as well.
"I want another ring," said Fulton Jr. "I won a ring in JUCO, and I won a ring in 2004 with the Dusters. It's time for another ring."
In 4 seasons in Amarillo, Fulton Jr. has accumulated 103 receptions for 1,466 yards and 19 touchdowns as a Receiver. As a ball carrier, the former All-American Runningback has 97 yards rushing and 4 touchdowns on the ground. He's returned 49 kicks for 1133 yards and 3 touchdowns, for a 23.1 career yards-per-return average. On defense and special teams, he has racked up 147 tackles, forced 9 fumbles, recovered 3 fumbles, intercepted 3 passes and broken up 12 passes.
