
Dusters Begin Eventful Week Tonight

Amarillo, TX 7/14/09 - Your Amarillo Dusters will host their final home game of the season this Saturday, but not before giving back to their fans this week.
Tonight, Dusters players and staff will be available from 7pm-8pm at Wonderland to sign autographs and give fans an opportunity to sign up for a chance to win an authentic Dusters jersey. The jersey will be given away at halftime this Saturday night.
"Our fans have treated us right this season," commented Dusters General Manager Joe Morgado. "It's now our turn to give back to our fans in the Panhandle."
This Thursday, the Dusters will jump over to the Salvation Army (400 S Harrison) from 11am-1pm to help paint and restore the Salvation Army's building. If fans would like to join the Dusters, please call 806-350-PASS.
"We're so glad to have the Dusters come to our building and help us out," remarked an enthusiastic Salvation Army coordinator Amy Marshall. "We love the fact the Dusters are able to assist us in our efforts to support the Panhandle community."
This Friday and Saturday, the Amarillo Flag Football League will host their 4-on-4 flag football tournament at the Amarillo Civic Center. Any teams who are interested in playing in the tournament should contact the A.F.F.L. at 806-433-1913. For businesses who would like to have a hand in local football in the Panhandle, contact the Dusters office at 806-350-PASS.
Finally, this Saturday (July 18th), your Dusters will play their final home game of the season at 7pm. Dollar menu night will be in effect, as all fans are welcome to dollar hot dogs, popcorn, and soda. To purchase those show tickets starting at $10 each, call 806.350.PASS.
THE AMARILLO DUSTERS are a member of the arenafootball2 league. The team front office is now located at 901 S. Buchanan in downtown Amarillo. The final home game of the season is this Saturday, July 18th. Show tickets are available by calling (806) 350-PASS (7277), and start at only $10 a seat.
