Durham's Team to Allow Sneak Peek During Preseason Matchup

(Oshawa ON) - Durham's Team, the Oshawa Power will welcome the 2011/2012 National Basketball League of Canada (NBLC) Champions, the London Lightning, for a preseason matchup on Saturday, October 27th at 2pm at the General Motors Centre.
This preseason game will allow fans from the Durham Region and surrounding communities to take in the excitement when one of their newest professional sports teams take the court. Adults can attend the game for $5.00 and children under 12 years of age can attend for only $2.00 per ticket. Tickets can be purchased at the General Motors Centre box office only, and will be available on October 23rd at 10am.
The preseason announcement follows the release of the team's new ticket prices and 2012/2013 home season schedule. The home opener is November 10th at 7pm against the newest expansion team of the NBLC, the Windsor Express. Game tickets start at $14 for adults and $10 for children and are currently available for the Oshawa Power's home season at the General Motors Centre Box Office, by phone at 1-877-436-8811, online at www.generalmotorscentre.com and at the United Way Information Kiosk at the Oshawa Centre.
