
Dukes Not Renewing Wade Stadium Lease

Duluth-Superior Dukes News Release
The Duluth-Superior Dukes announced today that the team had informed the City of Duluth that it is not planning on renewing its lease for Wade Stadium for the 2003 season.
Dukes President John Ehlert said he would have further details about the future of the team "within the week, hopefully," but he felt it a duty to inform Mayor Doty as soon as practicable about the team's intentions for the next season.
