
Drive Acquire Zeke Marshall and Waive Aguilar to Finalize Opening Day Roster

GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN (Nov 2, 2017) - The Grand Rapids Drive, the official NBA G League affiliate of the Detroit Pistons, announced today that the team has acquired Zeke Marshall from the available player pool.
Marshall, the 7-foot-0, 235-pound center attended the University of Akron (2009-2013) where he received NABC All District (14) Second Team (2012), NABC ALL-District (14) First Team (2013), and All-MAC First Team (2013). During his four-years at Akron he appeared in 138 contests and averaged 9.2 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.7 blocks per games. In 2013, Marshall was acquired by the Maine Red Claws from the Reno Bighorns in a trade. While with Maine, he averaged 5.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks in 40 games (13 starts). Following his stint with Maine, Marshall spent time overseas, in addition to attending training camps with the Raptors 905 and the Santa Cruz Warriors.
Marshall joins the Grand Rapids Drive in time for Friday's home opener vs. the Erie BayHawks. He will wear number 25.
