
Drew Powell Named 2022 Most Valuable Player

The IFL is pleased to announce that Arizona Rattlers quarterback, Drew Powell, has been named the 2022 IFL MVP. This is Powell's third time earning the title. He was named MVP is 2018 as well as 2021.
Powell led the Rattlers to a 13-3 record and the #1 seed in the Western Conference. He led the league with 2,630 passing yards. That's almost 300 yards more than his closest contemporary. Powell also led the league in touchdowns with 63. Powell was second in the league with a completion percentage of 66.6%. His quarterback efficiency rating also topped the league at 182.5.
Powell was the pinnacle of the league through the air but was also dangerous on the ground. He averaged 5.6 yards per attempt (third) while accumulating 734 yards (fifth) and 27 touchdowns (fourth).
