
Dragons Partner with Comcast SportsNet West for 2006 Season

San Francisco, CA - The San Francisco Dragons of Major League Lacrosse announced today a partnership with Comcast SportsNet West for its upcoming 2006 inaugural season. The network will televise live three home games from historic Kezar Stadium plus a number of away games either live or on tape delay during their season.
The joint announcement was made by Chris Bulger, President of the San Francisco Dragons and Larry Eldridge, Vice President and General Manager of Comcast SportsNet West.
"We are excited to bring the highest level of lacrosse to Northern California," said Bulger. "Comcast SportsNet is an ideal partner for us, as both organizations are committed to exposing Northern California sports fans to new and exciting sports."
Comcast SportsNet will televise the home opener against the Denver Outlaws live on Sunday, May 28th at 1:00 p.m. PST.
"We're thrilled to be the Dragons television partner as they begin their inaugural season in the MLL," said Eldridge. "The fast-paced sport of lacrosse is growing tremendously here in the western United States, and this partnership enables us to add dynamic new programming to our summer lineup."
