(May 20) The 2005 Eastern Division Champion New York Dragons enter the final week of the 2005 regular season closing in on two AFL records. The AFL rookie interception record is currently at 11, which was set by Orlando's Tony Scott in 1992 and later tied by Cincinnati's Falanda Newton in 1993 and current Dragon Corey Johnson in 1998 with Nashville.
The 2005 Eastern Division Champion New York Dragons return to the Nassau Coliseum for their season finale as they host the John Elway-owned Colorado Crush.
