Diesel Announces Recent Roster Additions

Tri-City Diesel News Release


The Tri-City Diesel front office reports five signees, bolstering both sides of the ball with new faces. Two on the defense, an offensive player, and two meant for either way have inked with the Diesel.

Mitch Ables, a product from Hardin-Simmons University in Texas, is the new 6'1", 190 pound receiver. Shane McCubbins, formerly with the University of Oregon, is listed at a defensive back, coming in at 6'2" and 195. Jamaine Collins, a Chicago native with indoor experience, is a new defensive end, a 286-pounder.

Able to play a defensive back's position, a linebacker, or a running back is Brian Smith, a Boise State psychology major with experience in Canadian football as well as in Germany. Joining him on either side of the will be a local product Chris Bilslend, a Shelton native and a UNK graduate. Bilslend, a 6'4", 260 pounder, will man a spot in either the defensive or offensive line.

Rapid City's Red Dogs will invade the Tri-City Arena this Friday for a 7:35 game against the Diesel.
