Devon Alexander Teams With Rage

St. Louis, July 20, 2006-This Saturday for the 2006 NIFL Atlantic Conference Championship, the Rage will bring a Saint Louis Hero to serve as the honorary captain as the 1st seed RiverCity Rage host the 2nd seed Fayetteville Guard.

The RiverCity Rage franchise is proud to announce that this Saturday night July 22, WBC Youth Champion Devon Alexander will return to Saint Louis to take part in a ceremonial coin toss prior to the game between the 2nd seed Fayetteville Guard and the 1st seed RiverCity Rage. Alexander, who is the heir apparent to Saint Louis Legend Cory "The Next Generation" Spinks, won the WBC Youth Championship back on July 8, 2006, when he defeated Tyler Ziolkowski of St. Joseph, MO, at Savvis Center in less than 2:00.

A select group of fans will also have the chance to compete in a contest called, "Best Boxing Entrance." Contestants will have a limited amount of time to do their best ring entrance, which will be judged by Alexander.
