Detroit Shock Advance to WNBA Finals

Auburn Hills, MI - The Detroit Shock advanced to the WNBA finals for the third time in the team's 10-year history Monday evening with an 81-65 win over the Indiana Fever in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Shock defeated the Los Angeles Sparks two-games-to-one in the 2003 WNBA Finals for their first league title and topped the Sacramento Monarchs three-games-to-two in 2006 for their second WNBA championship.
