Desperados Prepare for Season Opener

After a successful inaugural season that saw the team make the playoffs, lead the league in attendance and receive the prestigious Commissioner's Award, the Dallas Desperados are ready to kick off their second indoor season. The Desperados open the 2003 season by hosting the New York Dragons on Sunday, Feb. 2 at 2:00 p.m. at Reunion Arena. Sunday's game will be televised by NBC Sports.
The Desperados begin preparations for the Dragons on Wednesday, Jan. 29 at Texas Stadium. They will continue their work Thursday at Reunion Arena and will wrap up preparations on Friday at the Dallas Cowboys Valley Ranch training facility.
