Desperados Host Central Division Rival Rampage

The Desperados remained undefeated at Reunion Arena last weekend by defeating the Colorado Crush 73-55. Colorado jumped out to an early 14-3 and 21-9 lead before taking a 28-26 advantage into the locker room at halftime. The Desperados came out of the locker room to outscore the Crush 47-27 in the second half, including an interception return and fumble return for scores. The Dallas defense forced Colorado into three second half turnovers, while the offense scored every time it had the ball in the final two quarters.

Dallas returns to Reunion Arena this Sunday afternoon as they host the Grand Rapids Rampage at 3:00 p.m. UPN 21 will televise the game, with Bill Jones and Mickey Spagnola calling all the action.

The Desperados begin preparations for the Rampage on Tuesday, March 11 at Texas Stadium. They will continue their work Wednesday (March 12), Thursday (March 13) and Friday (March 14) at Texas Stadium (weather permitting. Coach Avezzano will host his weekly press briefing on Wednesday at approximately Noon in the visitor's locker room at Texas Stadium.
