
DB Kevin Gaines Signs Back With Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA - The Philadelphia Soul have signed DB Kevin Gaines to the active roster and he will be available to play this Monday, May 14, against the New York Dragons. As per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Gaines (6'1", 205, Louisville) re-joins the Soul after playing with the Grand Rapids Rampage. He signed to play with the Rampage prior to Week 3 of this season and saw action in six games before being waived. During that time, he tallied 24 total tackles with five breakups and one tackle for loss. Last season, he played in 16 games with the Soul to go along with two postseason games. He recorded 70 total tackles, five interceptions, 11 breakups, one forced fumble and one tackle for loss.
