Dayton Dutch Lions FC Release Preseason Schedule

DAYTON, Ohio- The Dayton Dutch Lions FC have assembled a slate of preseason games against a talented group of local professional and collegiate clubs. The friendly matches against quality competition will help to prepare the Dutch Lions for the tough USL PRO season ahead.

The preseason schedule includes familiar names such as The Ohio State University and University of Dayton. The Dutch Lions will also face Cedarville University, who were the top seed in the 2012 NCCAA Regional Tournament, and Rio Grande, who were the undefeated in 2012 MSC play. The home matches against Lincoln Memorial University and Forbes will be played at The Miami Valley School at 5151 Denise Drive, Dayton, OH 45429.

The Dayton Dutch Lions FC has also scheduled an exhibition against the Cincinnati Saints on April 30. The Saints are a professional club playing in both the PASL and USPL. The friendly competition is part of the Dutch Lions' celebration of Queen's Day. Queen's Day, also known as Koninginnedag, is a national holiday in the Netherlands.
