The defending Commissioner's Cup Champions Dayton Demonz play 2 games this weekend at Hara Arena, games are both Friday and Saturday evening. In the first game, Friday evening the Danbury Whalers come to town, January 30th, 2015 with a game start time of 7:35pm. Last week in Danbury Connecticut, the Demonz were able to win two games on the Whalers home ice and move into 2nd place (only 2 point behind the first place Watertown Wolves) in the Federal Hockey League, with a little over a month left in the regular season. Friday's game between the Demonz and Whalers should be another exciting game in their heated rivalry. Doors open at 6:35 pm. Fans are asked to bring new packaged diapers to benefit the Dayton Children's Hospital Outreach Program. When the Demonz score their first goal that evening, the Demonz will have a Diaper Toss, as the fans can throw the packed diapers on the ice as part of the First Goal Diaper Toss. On Saturday night, January 31, 2015 the Demonz welcome the Steel City Warriors to Hara Arena. This evening is First Responders Appreciation Night. The Demonz will be wearing specialty jerseys that will be auctioned off immediately following the game. Game start time is 7:35pm, with the doors opening at 6:35 pm.
