Dayton Demolition Add Offensive Threat

September 15, 2015 - Federal Hockey League (FHL) - Dayton Demolition News Release

Dayton, OH - The Dayton Demolition, proud members of the Federal Hockey League are pleased to announce today the signing of forward Michael Henderson.

Henderson, the 5'10 190 pound Bloomington, Indiana native and is no stranger to the FHL. In 2013 - 2014 after completing his time in the United States Military Academy at West Point where he played NCAA Division I hockey, he suited up for the FHL's Danbury Whalers where he appeared in 18 games and registered 11 goals, 8 assists for 19 points .

After Henderson's 18 games in the FHL he completed the 13-14 season playing in the Southern Professional Hockey League for the Bloomington Thunder. He stayed in the SPHL for the 2014-2015 season and split the season between the Huntsville Havoc and the Knoxville IceBears.

"Hendo will bring a lot of offensive, as well as a lot of hockey sense. He competes hard, and is able to find a way for himself to get open for scoring opportunities" stated Player/Assistant Coach Brett Wall.
