CHICAGO (June 24, 2015) - Kealia Ohai and the Houston Dash seek their second victory of the season against the Washington Spirit on Saturday at 7 p.m. ET at Maryland SoccerPlex in Boyds, Md.

Ohai scored her third goal of the season to seal a 2-0 home victory for the Dash against Western New York Flash in Week 10 as Houston moved into fourth place and within two points of the Chicago Red Stars for the league lead.

The No. 2 overall selection in the 2014 NWSL Draft also scored in her side's 2-0 win over the Spirit in the opening game of the season for both clubs and the only prior meeting between the teams this year.

Coach Randy Waldrum will also be eager for forward Jessica McDonald to continue her impressive form. The former Portland Thorns FC player, who cost her new club two draft picks to acquire, has been fantastic for the Dash this season - scoring five goals in nine matches, including two game-winning goals in the last four games.

Goalkeeper Bianca Henninger earned her league-best fourth shutout of the season in the victory over the Flash and will be looking for her second clean sheet in as many matches against the Spirit.

Houston will have its hands full against Washington on Saturday as they will take on a Spirit side that is tied for the best home record in the NWSL, having taken 10 points from a possible 12 at Maryland SoccerPlex.

Coach Mark Parsons' squad come into the Week 11 match having traveled to Chicago to play the Red Stars only to have the match called off in the 39th minute after multiple weather delays.

It was a frustrating end to a match that included a three-and-a-half hour lightning delay and wiped out a 1-0 lead for the Spirit, courtesy of a goal by defender Megan Oyster , a Naperville, Ill. native who played games during her high school career at Benedictine University Sports Complex.

All stats from the match will not count and the game will be rescheduled for a date to be determined.

The Spirit will head back out on the road after the match Saturday to face FC Kansas City before returning home for three straight games against Seattle Reign FC, the Red Stars and their final game against the Dash.

Houston will enjoy a 14-day layoff after the contest before their next match - a game at BBVA Compass Stadium against Chicago on July 12.
