Darryl Lockett joins Steelheads

Gary, IN: The Gary Steelheads announced today the hiring of Darryl Lockett as the new Director of Operations for the 2005-2006 Steelheads season. Lockett will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Steelheads Office this season.
Prior to joining the Steelheads, Lockett was the Vice President & General Counsel for National Louis University in Chicago. Lockett has also had his own entertainment company, X Factor Entertainment, for the past four years. Lockett is a 1991 graduate of the University of Iowa School of Journalism and a 1999 graduate of the College of Law.
"Darryl will be an important employee for us this season with the Steelheads," said Steelheads Chief Operating Officer Jewell Harris, Jr. Esq. "He has great administrative leadership experience and has been involved with local businesses for the past few years. Darryl will be responsible for the business side of the Steelheads this season. I know that he is looking forward to working with all the area businesses in Gary and the Northwest Indiana area."
