
Dallas Rattlers Stay Undefeated in a 22-11 Win over Boston

FRISCO, Texas - The Dallas Rattlers defeated the Boston Cannons at home Thursday night to improve to 3-0 at Ford Center and 6-2 on the season.
The Cannons were the first to strike with two unanswered goals early in the first quarter. The Rattlers were quick to respond and controlled the rest of the period with a monster five-goal run. Boston's response came early in the second quarter with a goal to snap the over 15-minute scoring drought. The second quarter saw back-and-forth action between the teams but the Rattlers put on another scoring clinic with a four-goal run to close the half. The Rattlers led 10-6 at half.
The domination continued for the home team as the Rattlers started the second half with a 6-1 run to extend the lead. Things started to come together for the Cannons as they netted a solid four-goal run to chip away at the deficit. Despite the run, the Rattlers clamped down on defense and did not allow a goal for the rest of the game, more than 21 minutes without allowing a goal.
