Dallas Rattlers Clinch First Seed in the Playoffs

FRISCO, Texas - With a Chesapeake Bayhawks loss to the Atlanta Blaze on Thursday night, the Rattlers have clinched the first seed in the 2018 MLL Playoffs. The Rattlers will now face a yet-to-be-determined fourth seed in the first round of the playoffs to be held on August 11 (time TBA).
The Rattlers clinching of the first seed is yet another accolade on an impressive first season in Texas. The former Rochester Rattlers moved to Frisco and were rebranded as the Dallas Rattlers in November 2017 and have since become the winningest team in MLL this season, the only undefeated team at home, the second in overall attendance, and now the top seeded team. The Rattlers will enjoy home-field advantage on August 11 in the team's first ever home playoff game at Ford Center.
