
D-League Dream Factory Friday Night Replacements Announced

NEW YORK, Feb. 13, 2009 - Albuquerque's Will Conroy and Iowa's Othyus Jeffers were today selected to replace Sioux Falls' Bobby Jones and Reno's Patrick Ewing, Jr. in the H.O.R.S.E. and Slam Dunk Competition, respectively.
Conroy, who enters the All-Star break as the league's leading scorer averaging 26.4 points and will also compete as a 2009 NBA D-League All-Star for the Blue Team, will put his creativity to the test against 2008 NBA D-League Dream Factory Friday Night H.O.R.S.E champion Lance Allred, of Idaho, Los Angeles' Joe Crawford, and Erie's Erik Daniels.
Jeffers, also an 2009 NBA D-League All-Star playing for the Red Team, will display his high-flying skills against reigning slam dunk champion Brent Petway of Idaho, Tulsa's Keith Clark and Anaheim's James White.
The second annual NBA D-League Dream Factory Friday night will take place on Friday, Feb. 13 at 7:15pm MT on Center Court at NBA All-Star Jam Session presented by adidas.
NBA D-League All-Star action continues when the third annual NBA D-League All-Star Game comes to Center Court at NBA All-Star Jam Session presented by adidas on Saturday, Feb. 14 and will be televised live on NBA TV at 2 p.m. MT.
