SUNDAY NIGHT HIGHLIGHTS...top performers from Sunday's games
Dwayne Mitchell led Iowa with 34 points, nine rebounds, and nine assists in Iowa's five-point victory over Tulsa.
NBA assigned players Maurice Ager (Dallas) and Ramon Sessions (Milwaukee) led the 66ers with 30 points and 28 points, respectively. Sessions also chipped in with 13 assists in the loss for Tulsa.
Brian Green finished with a team-high 18 points as Colorado downed Albuquerque on their home floor.
DJ Strawberry, on assignment from the Phoenix Suns, and Abdul Mills each finished with 26 points in Albuquerque's loss.
D-LEAGUERS IN THE NBA ON CHRISTMAS DAY: 12 players with D-League experience highlight the rosters of the six NBA teams (Miami, Cleveland, Phoenix, L.A. Lakers, Seattle, and Portland) playing on Christmas day this season, including Miami's Smush Parker and recent GATORADE Call-Up Luke Jackson, Cleveland's Devin Brown, Phoenix's Alando Tucker, L.A. Lakers' Jordan Farmar and Portland's recently re-called Taurean Green.
CHRISTMAS DAY D-LEAGUE ACTION: The Fort Wayne Mad Ants play host to the Sioux Falls Skyforce in the first of two D-League games slated for Christmas Day. In the second, NBA assignee Demetris Nichols will square off against Rod Benson and the Dakota Wizards in a Central Division holiday match up.
