The 14ers have the league's top assist man in Pooh Jeter (7.1) and the top rebounder in Elton Brown (9.6) ... T-Birds forward Dijon Thompson finished second in the league in scoring (20.8) and rebounding (8.9) ... Albuquerque is the defending D-League champion.

HOW THE SKYFORCE ADVANCED: Stephen Graham scored 40 points and Damone Brown contributed 28 to lead Sioux Falls to a 128-105 victory over Fort Worth in the Eastern Division Semi-Final game of the 2007 NBA Development League Championship presented by Delta Air Lines. Antonio Meeking scored 16 and grabbed 11 rebounds for the Skyforce, who converted 55-percent from the floor (43-78).

THE PICKS: Forty-seven (47) players that were NBA Draft picks played in the D-League this season. Over the last two seasons, 83 NBA Draft picks have played in the NBA's minor league, more than the previous four seasons combined (74).

NEW NAME: Owner Brandt Andersen announced Tuesday that his expansion team based in Orem, Utah will be called the Utah Flash. Nicknames are still in the offing for expansion teams in Rio Grande Valley, Texas, Des Moines, Iowa and Fort Wayne, Ind.

NEW GM: A 28-year veteran of the Utah Jazz front office and basketball operations, David Fredman has been named as general manager of the Utah Flash. In addition to his many years of service to the Jazz, Fredman also served as the assistant general manager of the Denver Nuggets.

DREAM MARATHON: A marathon of "NBA D-LEAGUE: The Dream Starts Here" is scheduled from 1 to 3:30 p.m. today on NBA TV. The five shows originally aired on ESPN2 in February and March.

THEY SAID IT: "(Getting to the NBA) is the ultimate goal. I came to the D-League to get the exposure. I think it's the second best league in the world." ... Fort Worth's Corey Santee told The Flint Journal about his experience in the NBA's minor league.
