RECALL: The Golden State Warriors have recalled rookie center Patrick O'Bryant from the Bakersfield Jam. O'Bryant played in 17 games in two stints with the Jam, averaging 11.1 points, 9.4 rebounds and 2.9 blocks in 29.7 minutes per contest. Over the last 10 games, O'Bryant is averaging 14.6 points, 11.2 rebounds, 3.5 blocks and 1.6 assists in 34.2 minutes per contest, while shooting 53.2% (59-111 FG) from the field.
SECOND 10: The Milwaukee Bucks have signed former Sioux Falls center Jared Reiner to a second 10-day contract, as have the Utah Jazz with former Colorado forward Louis Amundson. In two games for Milwaukee, Reiner has averaged 1.0 point, 3.5 rebounds and 1.0 assist in 7.0 minutes per contest. Amundson has not appeared on the active roster in three games with the Jazz this season.
CALLUP COMPARISON: There have been twice as many GATORADE player callups to this point in the season as there were on this date last season. Ten D-League players have been signed to NBA contracts on 10 occasions this year. At this point last season there had been five players and six callups.
ASSIGNMENT COMPARISON: Total NBA to D-League assignments are tracking almost even from last season to this one. On this date last season there had been 25 assignments (21 players) as compared to 23 (17 players) this season.
