Mark Reynolds had one of Arizona's five hits Wednesday as the Diamondbacks fell to the Athletics 2-1. Justin Upton, Emilio Bonifacio, Wilkin Castillo, and Javier Brito also saw action in Wednesday's game. Former Arizona pitcher Dana Eveland got the win for the A's as he went five innings and struck out seven. D-backs' starter Doug Davis took the loss.
Today, the Diamondbacks return to Tucson to face the Milwaukee Brewers. Micah Owings will start for Arizona while another former D-back Jeff Suppan will take the mound for the Brewers.
