Culver's and Thunder team up on Kids Club

ROCKFORD - The Rockford Thunder are pleased to announce that Culver's Family Restaurants will be the official presenting sponsor of the 2009 Rockford Thunder Kids Club.

The kids club has been a part of the Thunder since the team came to Rockford before the 2007 season, but this is the first time it has been sponsored. As part of the agreement, Culver's will include an Official Kids Club registration form in each Culver's kid's meal bag that is purchased in the five participating restaurants.

As a member of the kids club, youth ages 17 and under will receive an official member t-shirt, I.D. badge, 8 x 10 picture of their favorite player, one bleacher ticket to each of the four Sunday Culver's Kids Day games, a kids meal from Culver's and a special autograph session at a Culver's restaurant during the 2009 season. The fee to join the kids club is just $20 per child and has a value of more than $75. The Culver's Kids Day games are:

-Sunday, June 7, 2009 vs. Akron Racers

-Sunday, June 21, 2009 vs. Washington Glory

-Sunday, July 19, 2009 vs. Philadelphia Force

-Sunday, July 26, 2009 vs. New England Riptide

"As an organization we are extremely thrilled to have Culver's on board again for the 2009 season," stated Aaron M. Moore, General Manager. "To have Culver's as the sponsor of the kids club provides a great opportunity for the kids in the area. We're looking forward to an exciting season with Culver's."

"We are extremely excited about being the sponsor of the kids club, and feel it is a great offer to add to our kids meals," said Stephanie Koch, Owner of Culver's. "We are looking forward to the 2009 season and our team members at the Roscoe Culver's are excited about the move to Thunder Park."

In addition to sponsoring the kids club in 2009, Culver's will once again sponsor the ticket backs for the 2009 season. On the back of each ticket, fans will receive a coupon that can be used following the games.
