Charlottetown Islanders News Release
We want to thank all of our fans who have worked with us to ensure the safe return of hockey to the Eastlink Centre in the past two weekends. We're extremely fortunate to be playing in front of our fans and look forward to continue to do so.
In order to ensure that fans continue to be allowed inside the Eastlink Centre, we'd like to remind all fans of the following rules upon arriving at the arena:
Please Arrive at Your Arrival Time: Your arrival time is designated on your season ticket. If you arrive too early to the arena, you will have to wait until your designated time to enter. If you arrive late, you will have to wait to enter the Eastlink Centre until all other groups enter the arena.
Please Respect Physical Distancing: Physical distancing has been a large part of why PEI has done so well in managing COVID-19. Please remember to keep 6 feet apart whenever possible, both inside and outside the Eastlink Centre.
Please Sit in Your Designated Seat: The Eastlink Centre seating map has been laid out in order to keep you and the fans around you safe while you attend Charlottetown Islander games. Please be respectful of this. If you're found to be sitting in a seat that has been blocked off, you will be asked by Eastlink Centre staff to return to your seat.
Please Wear Your Mask: Masks continue to be mandatory at all times, aside from when eating in your seat. Please remember to wear your masks while waiting in line to enter the Eastlink Centre as well.
Tickets Are Non-Transferrable: For contact tracing purposes, please do not transfer your tickets to anyone else. You are the only person designated to use your ticket.
The Eastlink Centre is a Smoke Free Facility: Smoking is not permitted on the grounds of the Eastlink Centre at any time. This applies both inside the building and on Eastlink Centre property outside.
Please Respect Exit Times: Following each game our PA Announcer will designate which sections are able to leave in order to respect social distancing measures. Exit times will rotate in order to maintain fairness to all season ticket holders.
Once again, thank you to all those abiding by these rules and doing their part to help us continue playing hockey! We look forward to seeing you Saturday night when we take on the Moncton Wildcats at 7:00pm!
