PRINCE GEORGE, BC- The Prince George Cougars have announced the addition of 17 year old defenseman Garrett Thiessen to the team's active roster.
Thiessen, a 6'1", 200 lbs. product of Prince George, BC, has suited up in 20 games for the Prince George Spruce Kings of the BCHL this season, recording 1 assist and 37 PIM. During his 2005-06 campaign, Thiessen suited up in 17 games with the Kamloops Blazers, where he registered 1 assist and 15 PIM.
