Katy, Texas --- July 6, 2006 --- Stay in Beaumont and celebrate another Copperhead's victory and skip the drive home after the game. The Katy Copperheads have negotiated special rates in Beaumont at the Hampton Inn. The Hampton Inn is located at 3795 IH-10 South in Beaumont and is located near the Ford Arena.
The team has negotiated a special $75.00 rate, to receive this special rate you must mention the Beaumont Summer Blast Special Rate.
The Katy Copperheads will match up against rival Beaumont Drillers at the Ford Arena on Saturday July 8, 2006 at 7:05 p.m. The Pacific South Division Champions were slated to originally host the game on July 10, 2006 at the Merrell Center.
In their first year, The Copperheads have wrapped up the Pacific South Division Championship and finished the regular season with an 11-3 record.
To receive free playoff tickets go to the ticket booth at the Ford Arena in Beaumont and request Copperhead Seating. Tickets will be set aside for Katy fans in special sections.
