PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, MI - The experience was so much fun last year, the Compuware Sports Arena will do it again this season.
The arena will launch the drive-in starting with a Sneak Preview Weekend on Friday, May 26 through Saturday, May 28. The Compuware Sports Arena will start running the drive-in seven days a week beginning June 15 through September 3.
Like last season, the drive-in will feature three screens showing first-run family-oriented films. The gates will open at 7:30 pm, with movies starting at dusk.
Prices will be the same as last season - $8 for adults, $6 for children 7-12 and $2 for children under 6. Group discounts are available and the drive-in will be available for Corporate Events and School and Club outings.
"We received so many positive comments about the drive-in last year we decided to do it again this season," said Compuware Sports Arena General Manager Matt Blasy. "The drive-in fits in with our model of providing affordable entertainment for families. They seemed to enjoy the experience. It's also a chance for businesses and corporations to have a night out with their employees or clients."
School, churches and groups can utilize the drive-in for fundraising opportunities. Corporate Packages are available as well.
The drive-in will also offer Theme Nights. Concessions will be available through Ginopolis on the Ice restaurant at the Compuware Sports Arena.
