WHAT: The Houston Comets will be recognized in-arena with a tribute video followed by a P.A. recognition of Comets players Sheryl Swoopes and Tina Thompson.
WHEN: Sunday, February 19, 2006, during first timeout of the third quarter of the All-Star game.
