Comets Partner with Kit Provider Capelli Sport

KANSAS CITY - New York-based Capelli Sport has signed on as Official and Exclusive uniform, apparel and equipment provider of the Kansas City Comets. The four-year agreement will see the Comets draped in the same threads as teams in some of the world's most prestigious professional competitions.

"Capelli Sport is one of the most progressive brands worldwide. We are fortunate to be able to partner with them as they grow their brand in the Midwest," Comets managing partner Brian Budzinski said.

"We are very excited to partner with such a storied professional club. The club has a fantastic history and we are proud to be a part of it" said Capelli Sport President and CEO George Altirs. "The MASL is a great league, with a strong national presence and we look forward to growing with the club," Altirs continued.

Capelli Sport can be found on the backs of professional players globally in many places such as Germany, Portugal, , Denmark, Greece and beyond. The national teams from Guyana and Trinidad & Tobago patnered with Capelli Sport in the CONCACAF Gold Cup this summer.

Capelli's Comets replica jerseys will be available for purchase during the season. The first chance to catch the Comets in their new kits on home turf is the Nov. 30 home opener against the St. Louis Ambush at Silverstein Eye Centers Arena. For tickets and information call 888-9-COMETS (266387).
