Columbus Destroyers announce upcoming promotions and team appearances

COLUMBUS, OH -- The inaugural season of Arena Football League action at Nationwide Arena is nearing an end as the Columbus Destroyers are set to play their final two home games of the 2004 campaign on Sunday, May 9 at 3 p.m. vs. the Georgia Force and Friday, May 14 at 7 p.m. vs. the Grand Rapids Rampage. Tickets remain available for both contests.
Make Mother's Day a family affair at the Destroyers game on Sunday, May 9 with the "Buy Three, Mom Goes for Free" ticket offer. Buy three tickets priced at either the $9 or $12 and receive the fourth free. This special offer is redeemable at the Nationwide Arena Ticket Office and through Ticketmaster for the Mother's Day game only.
Fans are encouraged to come down to the Arena District early before the final home game on Friday, May 14 for a pre-game party featuring musical entertainment and other festivities on the McConnell Street plaza of Nationwide Arena from 5-7 p.m. Also that night, one lucky fan attending the game will take home a brand new car courtesy of Germain Motor Company during the culmination of their season-long promotion. The winner of the halftime contest will choose from a brand new Toyota, Lexus, Chevrolet, Ford, Nissan or Mercedes-Benz.
