DENVER - The Colorado Crush announced today the addition of CHRIS BODEN to the coaching staff as the team's quarterback coach. Boden comes to the Crush after having served in the same capacity with the Nashville Kats last season.

A former quarterback in the Arena Football League for four seasons, Boden spent time with the New Jersey Gladiators, Indiana Firebirds and New York Dragons. During the 2001 and 2002 seasons in Indiana, he played under current Crush head coach Mike Dailey.

Boden also played two seasons in arenafootball2, first with the New Haven Ninjas in 2002, then starting all 16 games while also serving as the offensive coordinator for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Pioneers in 2003.

The Crush also announced that assistant coach MATT GARDNER will assume the club's special teams duties, while continuing his responsibilities as the team's wide receivers and linebackers coach.

The Colorado Crush concluded the 2006 season capturing their second consecutive Central Division title and finished the regular season with a team-best tying 11-5 record.
