Coach Rogol Released from Reno Barons

February 10, 2011 - American Indoor Football Association (AIFA)
Reno Barons News Release

The General Manager of the Reno Barons, Tim Pierce, announced today that effective immediately, Jarrod Rogol will no longer be a part of the coaching staff for the Barons' 2011 inaugural season.

"We were very excited to add Jarrod to our coaching staff," Pierce stated. "It was our hope to help further his career aspirations by building upon and expanding his experience. However, we have reached a mutual agreement that it is in the best interest of the team and Jarrod if he pursues other ventures."

Hired at the conclusion of the Barons' first open tryout in September 2010, Jarrod was to serve as Assistant Head Coach in addition to Special Teams Coordinator for the 2011 inaugural season. He worked extremely well with the players during the try-outs and in the interim, assisted with several operational functions, which included securing a fitness center agreement and composing various press releases.

The Barons' organization wishes Jarrod the best in his future endeavors.
