
Claros Named NBL Canada Coach of the Month

(Halifax,NS): The Halifax Rainmen are pleased to announce that Coach Joseph 'Pep' Claros has been named the National Basketball League of Canada's coach of the month for February 2015. This is the first time Coach Claros has won the award during the 2014-2015 season.
With a perfect 9-0 record during the month of February Coach Claros' on-court strategy guided the Halifax Rainmen to several season milestones, including a 53 point victory over Atlantic Division rival Moncton Miracles and capturing the Atlantic Division Championship with a regular season ending victory over the Island Storm.
The National Basketball League of Canada's Coach of the Month leads the Halifax Rainmen into their playoff opener tonight against the Moncton Miracles at 7pm inside the Scotiabank Centre.
