
Clarence Clemons, Famed Saxophonist, to Perform at NIFL Phantoms' Inaugural Home Game

He's adept at both the hard-driving sound of rock ân roll, and at conjuring silky smooth moods with his tenor sax. With a unique and recognizable signature sound, Clarence Clemons has earned his reputation as a skilled artisan at his craft. The NIFL's Palm Beach Phantoms will provide fans at their April 8 inaugural home game with the opportunity to enjoy Clemons' talent during the opening ceremonies before the Phantoms take the field to battle Osceola Football.
Clemons is a diverse performer, with singing, playing the saxophone, and acting to his credit. Clemons has a number of albums, including Rescue (1983), Night with Mr. C (1989), and his most recent release, Clarence Clemons Temple of Soul, Live in Asbury Park, Volume 2 (2004). The Phantoms are excited and honored to have Clemons bless the field with soulful notes during the opening ceremonies.
