Details: Professional soccer players and coaches from the Cincinnati Riverhawks have offered themselves to lead a fun series of 30 minute lunchtime "Soccer Fitness Sessions". Everyone aged 18 and over is invited to come along and warm-up with the players, practice some soccer skills and play some mini-games.
The program will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 6 weeks. When you obtain a "Season Pass", you guarantee your place at every session you want to attend. You can even switch the days and times you attend to suit your schedule. The cost is just $35 per person - that's for 6 hours (12 sessions) of professional training in a fun atmosphere! Plus, everyone will also receive a pair of tickets to a 2003 Riverhawks game of their choice. All those who register for the Season Pass will also receive a complimentary 4-week trial subscription to the Business Courier, courtesy of the Cincinnati Riverhawks.
Those who want to come and check out a session, or can only make 1 or 2, can do so at a cost of just $4 per session. The program is ideal for recreational or intramural teams looking to work on fitness, ball skills and teamwork, so why not meet up with your teammates during your lunch break.
