Cincinnati Kings News Release

CINCINNATI (March 13, 2006) - The Cincinnati Kings will be playing an intra-squad game in a royal showdown on April 7 at Fairfield High School. The Red squad will take on the Black squad with kick-off at 8 p.m. Tickets are $5 and are available at the gate.

The intra-squad game will kickoff the Mid-American Soccer Classic (MASC) youth soccer tournament and will be fans first chance to catch the 2006 Kings on the soccer field. The Kings return many key players that led them to a strong finish in their first year. The team will also look to continue their efforts in the community.

"The MASC is a great tournament that I played in as a youth soccer player," said Kings General Manager J.T. Roberts. "We are happy that it will serve as the first showcase of our 2006 team."

The first 200 fans that come to the game will receive a free Cincinnati Kings t-shirt. There will also be an autograph session after the game where fans can meet the new faces on the team and catch up with all their old favorites from last year.

The 21st MASC will play host to over 380 youth soccer teams from nine states and Canada over the April 7-9 weekend at the Optimist Soccer Complex in Fairfield, Ohio.
