Cincinnati Kings News Release
CINCINNATI (March 12, 2007) - The Cincinnati Kings will call Town & Country Sports & Health Club their new home. The first home match will be April 28 versus the expansion Cleveland City Stars. All home games kick off at 7:30 p.m.
The move means much more for the Kings than just playing their 10 regular season home matches at a new location. Town & Country provides a large area and several fields where the Kings will conduct eight weeks of Summer Camp Academies.
"We are extremely excited to finally have a place we can call home and what a home it is, Town & Country was voted the #1 soccer facility in the Greater Cincinnati area," said Kings General Manager J.T. Roberts.
Kings fans will experience the same great quality on the field and will see a major increase in the overall fan experience off the field.
"This partnership allows us to provide a complete soccer experience for our fans, by utilizing Town & Country's amenities," said Kings Director of Operations, Thies Hermann. "The new location provides fans easy access right from I-275 at AA Highway, less than 10 minutes from downtown."
"We are excited to have the Kings brand come to Town & Country and all the inherent benefits. It's a great day for the local soccer community," said President of Town & Country, Kevin Molony.
