CHL Suspends Wichita's R.G. Flath
October 22, 2013 - Central Hockey League (CHL) News Release
GLENDALE, AZ (October 22, 2013) - The Central Hockey League (CHL) announced today that Wichita Thunder forward R.G. Flath has been suspended two games (2) as a result of his actions in Sunday's game versus Allen.
Flath's suspension is a result of an elbowing infraction that occurred early in the third period. It was observed that Flath's elbow made contact with the opponents head and that the action was avoidable and unnecessary. The forward received an elbowing minor penalty on the play.
Flath will miss Wichita's next two games on October 25 and October 26, both in Denver.
