CHL Suspends Rapid City's Anthony Perdicaro
Published on March 6, 2014 under Central Hockey League (CHL) News Release
GLENDALE, AZ (February 22, 2014) - The Central Hockey League (CHL) announced today that Rapid City Rush forward Anthony Perdicaro has been suspended for one (1) game and as a result will miss Friday's game at Tulsa.
Perdicaro's suspension comes from an elbowing infraction in Tuesday's game versus Wichita and as a request for review, was viewed to be an "Illegal Check to the Head". There was no injury to the Thunder player.
As is the case with any player suspension in the CHL, the penalized team (Rush) will have to play a man short while the player is suspended. Contact: Bob Hoffman CHL hoffman@centralhockeyleague.com.
