The Major Indoor Soccer League's 2007-08 season officially came to a close
over the weekend. We're already thinking about 2008-09! If you are

IN THE COMMUNITY
Don't miss seeing the Storm throughout the Chicago area during the
off-season. On Saturday, May 3, a couple Storm players are on hand
at the Hawks Cup 2008 Soccer Tournament at the McDonald's Soccer
Complex, 1399 Kensington Ave., in Oak Brook. Pay a visit to the team
booth, play some interactive games and view information on summer camps
and other Chicago Storm products and opportunities. Visit the Community
section of the Storm Web site for frequent updates on where the Storm
players, the Storm Chasers dance team and Striker are hanging in the
Chicago area!
WHERE ARE THEY NOW?
On Saturday, April 26, one of the Storm's 2008 MISL College Draft
choices made an immediate impact in PDL play. Forward Amaury Nunes
scored a goal and added an assist for the Fresno Fuego of the
United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL). His efforts were
not enough for Fresno, however, as Fuego dropped their season opener, 3-2,
to the San Francisco Seals in Fresno, Calif. After the territorial round of
the Jan. 29 college draft, the Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, native was chosen by
the Storm as the eighth overall selection out of Fresno Pacific. Stay tuned
