June 18, 2009 - American Basketball Association (ABA)
Chicago Steam News Release
Chicago, IL. The ABA Chicago Steam, one of the top eight teams in the ABA last season, today announced that they will have a tryout camp on July 18th at South Suburban College from 1pm-4pm. The college is located at 159th and State Street in South Holland; the registration fee will be $100. "We had a very good team last season," stated head coach Ron Hicks. "But we were not quite there. So we are looking for some strong talent to help take us to the championship. And we know that talent exists in the Chicago area."
