
Chicago Slaughter Announce Signing of Local Lineman

The Chicago Slaughter is excited to announce the signing of Ryan Bain for the 2011 season.
Ryan Bain, 6'2 298lbs. is a local product out of Bolingbrook High School where he earned Conference MVP, All State and All American honors for his play at Middle Linebacker. Bain went on to play at the University of Iowa for two seasons where he was a starter his sophomore year. After his second year at Iowa, Bain transferred to the Mid American Conference where he earned Preseason All Conference honors. Bain was also named to the team's leadership council and earned the program's "fighting man" award for his efforts on and off the field.
"Ryan is a talented lineman and is going to bring a lot of energy and athleticism to our defensive unit" says Head Coach Steve McMichael. "We are excited to have him apart of the Slaughter for the 2011 season."
