CHICAGO FIRE vs. KANSAS CITY WIZARDS
The two top teams in the Eastern Conference face off as the Chicago Fire (2-0-1, 7 pts.) host the Kansas City Wizards (2-1-1, 7 pts.) on Sunday, April 20, at TOYOTA PARK in Bridgeview, Ill. Kickoff for the match set for 2:00 p.m. CT. The Fire are coming off a 1-0 road win in the San Jose Earthquakes home opener on Saturday, while the Wizards drew 0-0 with the Houston Dynamo at home. Sunday's Fire - Wizards game will be televised by My50 Chicago and TeleFutura, while broadcast on Chicagoland radio stations WRTO 1200-AM (Spanish) and WNVR 1230-AM (Polish).
FIRE ADD TWO FRIENDLIES
The Chicago Fire announced it has scheduled international exhibitions against Polish Orange Ekstraklasa (First Division) clubs Wisla Krakow on May 21 and Jagiellonia Bialystok on May 31. Both games are set to kick-off at 7:30 p.m. CT at TOYOTA PARK. Tickets for both games go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 18, ranging from $25 for Supporters Section tickets to $90 for Club Seat tickets. Season ticket holders can call 1.888.MLS.FIRE for an exclusive pre-sale beginning on Tuesday, April 15.
Fire Full Season ticket holders can use their Bonus Game 2 ticket for the Wisla game and their Bonus Game 3 ticket for the Jagiellonia game. Fire Club and Suite ticket holders can use their Bonus Event 2 ticket for the Wisla game and their Bonus Event 3 ticket for the Jagiellonia game. Parking pass holders should use Bonus Game TBD for the Wisla game, and Bonus Game A for the Jagiellonia game.
A special two-pack is also available that includes one of the Polish friendlies and a ticket to the August 16 game versus D.C. United, starting at $37. Flex Plan Holders can redeem up to four flex vouchers for either international exhibition in advance, but vouchers will not be accepted on day-of-game. CHICAGO FIRE - UIC FLAMES BENEFIT MATCH ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16
For the second year in a row, the Chicago Fire and the UIC Flames will meet on the pitch at 6:00 p.m. CT on Wednesday, April 16 at the University of Illinois - Chicago campus Flames Field. Proceeds will go to the Fire Works for Kids Foundation and America SCORES Chicago. Tickets may be purchased for $10 in advance through America SCORES (312-666-0496, hwalles@americascores.org), or $12 on the day of the game. FIRE RESERVES - WIZARDS RESERVES MEET SUNDAY
The Fire Reserves (1-0-0, 3 pts.) face the Kansas City Wizards Reserves (0-0-1, 1 pt.) in their next Reserve Division contest at the TOYOTA PARK practice field on Sunday, April 20, at 4:30 p.m. CT. In their only game to date, the Fire Reserves won 3-0 over New England on April 4. Fire forward Andy Herron scored the game-winning goal in the 33rd minute, while defender Wilman Conde (43') and midfielder Mike Banner (58') scored the insurance goals.
