CHICAGO, IL (June 16, 2010) - The Chicago Fire Soccer Club announced today that Fire midfielder John Thorrington will be made available for a Live Chat presented by Best Buy on Friday, June 18 at 3:00 PM CT. Thorrington has scored seven goals in 54 matches since joining the Fire in 2005. The Palos Verdes, CA product was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, the site of the 2010 FIFA World Cup and is one of the youngest Americans to ever sign with a English Premiership side after joining Manchester United as a 17-year-old in 1997.
