Chewbacca to visit Ice Saturday

INDIANAPOLIS, IN- Wyaaaaaa. Ruh Ruh. The Indiana Ice is proud to announce that Peter Mayhew, the man behind the Chewbacca mask, will be the featured guest on "Star Wars Night," when the Ice host the Green Bay Gamblers on Saturday, November 12th at 7 p.m. from the Pepsi Coliseum.
Mayhew, who stands at seven feet, three inches tall, will sign autographs at the game and fans will have the opportunity to hear the legendary actor share his favorite "Wookie" moments from the Star Wars movies.
The native of England was granted American citizenship in mid-October and has been busy touring the United States and Europe at various Star Wars and sci-fi conventions.
Tickets range from $11-$15 for this special game and can be purchased at all Ticketmaster locations including Karma Records, select L.S. Ayres and the Pepsi Coliseum and Conseco Fieldhouse box offices, or by calling 239-5151 or online at ticketmaster.com.
